Our Martial Art classes help students to develop strength, agility, and self-defense skills. Students will learn effective Martial Art techniques, how to use an opponent’s strength against himself, and situation-based defense and counter-attacks. 

Students can expect to learn:

  • Large variety of punches, kicks, elbows, and knees
  • Self-defense techniques against grabs and attacks
  • Circular motion using the opponent’s force  
  • Rolls and falls
  • Techniques involving torsions, joint locks, takedowns and more
