We offer private classes of all our disciplines, for students looking to improve or maximize his or her training.

The techniques taught in group classes and private classes are the same. The difference is that when you are training one-on-one with an instructor can focus specifically on your needs. It will allow you to target areas of weakness, or areas you want to improve, allowing the instructor to give you immediate feedback on your progress.

Private classes will enable you and your instructor to develop an exercise program that is custom-made to your goals, time, and needs.
In general, private lessons can be scheduled at any time, without the need for a class for you to practice. Another benefit of this is the frequency of the class: you can train anywhere from once every few months to several times a week.
