Our Tai Chi class incorporates slow and fluid movements, used as a way to relax and develop complete body control. With continued practice, students will build strength and coordination, while also learning self-defense techniques. Benefits of continued practice include, improved energy levels, reduced joint pain, reduced anxiety, and increased serenity.

Students can expect to learn:

  • Circular movements in harmony with breathing
  • Kicks and punches in slow motion
  • Study of Chinese theories
  • Shadow form
