Our Tai Chi class incorporates slow and fluid movements, used as a way to relax and develop complete body control. With continued practice, students will build strength and coordination, while also learning self-defense techniques. Benefits of continued practice include, improved energy levels, reduced joint pain, reduced anxiety, and increased serenity.
Students can expect to learn:
- Circular movements in harmony with breathing
- Kicks and punches in slow motion
- Study of Chinese theories
- Shadow form
