This class is open to kids age 4 to 12, where they have a chance to strengthen in mind as well as body. It encompasses not only the physical aspect of the practice, but mental and emotional lessons as well.
Our Martial Art classes help students to develop strength, agility, and self-defense skills. Students will learn effective Martial Art techniques, how to use an opponent’s strength against himself, and situation-based defense and counter-attacks.
Students can expect to learn:
- Large variety of punches, kicks, elbows, and knees
- Self-defense techniques against grabs and attacks
- Circular motion using the opponent’s force
- Rolls and falls
- Techniques involving torsions, joint locks, takedowns and more
