Chinese Yoga, also referred to as Sintony, is a combination of meditation techniques and relaxing stretches. The movements tone and strengthen the body, developing muscle mass while burning calories. Students will also learn techniques to relieve stress and achieve a state of tranquility in their day-to-day activities.

Students can expect to learn:

  • Breathing exercises 
  • Poses involving strength, flexibility, and balance
  • Meditation techniques
