Pa Kua Rhythm brings music and Martial Art together. These classes, while fun, are an intense aerobic practice, covering the fundamentals of self-defense. Students will benefit from improved stamina, coordination, and stress relief, while adding good rhythm to their lives.

Students can expect to learn:
